Wayfarers is an award-winning caravan and camp site run by Craig the Park’s Owner and now incorporates The Flying Duck Bistro which opened in July, 2019. The Park is exclusively for adults (and dog free) offering guests a relaxing experience away from the pressures of a busy family and work life.

Wayfarers is located in the quiet village of St. Hilary and has good access to the Park. Surrounded by countryside, yet just a short distance from some spectacular beaches, hidden coves and great pubs and restaurants, means we are a great base to explore West Cornwall - St. Ives, Land’s End, Penzance/Marazion, The Lizard, Helston and everywhere in-between, and further afield to Truro, Newquay, St. Agnes and the Eden Project.

We have a local bus service to Penzance, via Perranuthnoe, that stops just a few seconds from the Park and runs Monday to Saturdays. Connections can be made from Goldsithney or Penzance to visit places further afield. There is a park and ride facility from St. Erth Train Station to St. Ives which I highly recommend and takes in wonderful coastal scenes.

The Flying Duck Bistro

Why not book a table at our fully licensed bistro serving breakfasts and evening meals? You can indulge in a range of appetising, freshly cooked meals with ingredients sourced locally and organic, where possible. We cater for most dietary requirements and have a great selection for vegetaraians, vegans and gluten free.

The Bistro bar offers mainly local drinks including gin, wines, ciders, beers, lagers and more. We have a small patio area for our guests to enjoy the warmer evenings and a log burner creates a cosy and inviting atmosphere when the weather drops cooler.  The bistro also features a baby grand piano for anyone wishing to tinkle the ivories.... maybe after a gin or two!

While reservations for evening meals aren't necessary, they are appreciated.  We still require reservations for breakfast.
